2. COUNSEL - Harrison S. Edwards
a. Request approval of Software License Agreement with Quest
Computer Products, Inc., 1611 Claymore Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27516
for upgrade of Court Computer System at a cost of $41,250.00, and
further request authorization for Mayor Glacken to sign any and all
documents to effectuate agreement.
b. Request approval of Agreement between County of Nassau and the
Incorporated Village of Freeport for the Enhanced 911 Emergency
System at a cost of $1,250.00 per month and further request
authorization for Mayor Glacken to sign any and all documents to
effectuate agreement.

2. ASSESSOR - Bernadine Quinton
a. Request permission to correct the 2000/01 final assessment
roll for the properties granted reductions, issue corrected tax
bills or refunds as required by law.
b. The 200 1/02 Tentative Assessment Roll will be open for
inspection during normal business hours from November 1, 2000 to
November 21, 2000 in the Village Clerk’s office and in the
Assessor’s office. Further request the Village Clerk be directed
to post arid publish the required legal notice in the Freeport
Leader on November 3, 2000.
