a. Request approval of Board of Trustees Minutes dated May 21, 2001.

2. PUBLIC WORKS - Louis DiGrazia

a. Request authorization to advertise for bids for Two (2) Latest Model Street Sweepers in the Leader and other relevant publications of general circulation on June 14, 2001.

b. Request authorization to advertise for bids for Liquid Hypochiorite Feed System in the Leader and other relevant publications of general circulation on June 14, 2001.

c. Request authorization to advertise for bids for Two (2) Latest Model Dump Trucks in the Leader and other relevant publications of general circulation on June 14, 2001.

d. Request to award contract "Entrance Door Replacements at the Freeport Recreation Center" to Coastal Glass Company, Inc., 1330-4 Lincoln Avenue, Holbrook, New York, in the amount of $68,000.00, total bid.

e. Request authorization to advertise for bids for One New Latest Model Cargo Van in the Leader and other relevant publications of general circulation on June 14, 2001.

3. VILLAGE ATTORNEY - Harrison J. Edwards

a. Request to set a Public Hearing on June 18, 2001, at 8:00 pm to amend the Code of the Incorporated Village of Freeport by amending Chapter 180, entitled "Streets and Sidewalks."

b. Request revisions to the Administrative Regulations for the 27th Program Year of the Community Development Block Grants for YR 2001-2002.

4. BUDGET AND PROCUREMENT - Teresa Baldinucci

a. Request to award bid "2001 Chevrolet Tahoe" for the Fire Department to Paul Conte Chevrolet, 68 East Sunrise Highway, Freeport, New York, in the amount of $37,400.00.

a. Request approval of Board of Trustees Minutes dated June 4, 2001.

b. Request approval of Hold Harmless agreement required by the State of New York for a Sports Camp trip to Jones Beach.

c. Request from Mermaid Restaurant, 379 Woodcleft Avenue, to hang flags to celebrate their 25th anniversary, from July l, 2001 to July 31, 2001.

2. PUBLIC WORKS - Louis DiGrazia

a. Request authorization to advertise for "Demolition of Park Pools" in the Leader and other relevant publications of general circulation on June 21, 2001.

b. Request authorization to advertise for Garfield Street Road Improvement Project" in the Leader and other relevant publications of general circulation on July 5, 2001.

c. Request authorization to award the contract "Replacement of HVAC Unit at Freeport Recreation Center" to Sav-Mechanical Inc., 30B Howard Place, Ronkonkoma, New York, in the amount of $189,500.00, total bid.

3. VILLAGE COUNSEL - Harrison J. Edwards

a. Request authorization for contract with Hofstra University for the housing of Annapolis Cadets August 10-13, 2001, in the amount of $5,032.90. b. Request to accept the offer from MTA Long Island bus for the sum of $3,130.90 as full payment for damage to a light pole.

c. Request to amend Vehicle and Traffic Regulations as follows: ADD: Sec. 24 - Stop streets at locations other than main arteries of travel. Location: (57) Davis Street; Intersecting Streets: (1) Dutchess Street, (2) Queen Street, (3) King Street.
