School Board member Mike Raab, who constantly brags about his connections to Village Hall, complained before he was elected that the public wasn’t given enough time to speak and then was instrumental in limiting that right, has no trouble pulling rank and setting a poor example by parking his giant SUV on the one small patch of grass left at Freeport's middle school.
